AAAAHHHH

Just need to vent for a second. I feel sorry for myself and I know I shouldn't, it can ALWAYS be worse. It just sucks right now. When JD cries and asks me, "Why is this happening again?" I just can't help but ask the same question. My heart aches for him. It sucks to sit in the hospital day in and day out. Even more for JD when he feels like crap with his fevers. They hit hard and fast. They take a while to come down too. His head, neck, legs and just about everything hurts when he gets a fever of 102-104. Poor kid. He HATES raking the medicine for the fevers and throws a fight each time. He is tough though and I really admire him. He has such a sweet and tender spirit. He told me he didn't love me. He was mad because I was helping the nurses. He doesn't know what else to say to express his anger. It devastates me. The plan is to go to Primary on Thursday morning and check him in. Surgery friday if everything looks good. Not sure yet if we stay here in the hospital or get to go home for a minute. It all depends on his fevers. So please please pray that he will not get any more fevers and that they can get the DANG surgery done this week. I WANT IT OVER! We all do. We want a quick recovery for him without any more drama. Thanks again! Love, the Cluff's

Ditto to Heather. If you can switch Josh for a night, maybe we could run and go get some ice cream before you head out!?

Dude. Call me ANYTIME you need to vent!! This sucks. Big time. Maybe some peanut butter bars? If I can't fix JD at least I can temporarily satisfy your sweet tooth?

I will see you soon!

Big hugs and lots of prayers!!! I can't imagine how difficult this must be for your entire family. I've spent many days in the PICU with my third child, and know there's nothing worse than watching your child suffer.

Try to keep holding on, and keep your faith! Please let us know what you need or how things are going as you are able to. You are not alone!!!
